Description

The Steyr Scout airsoft rifle from ActionSportGames and Modify is a faithful recreation of the iconic Scout rifle made by Steyr Arms of Austria. Steyr Arms designed and manufactured the real Scout in accordance with the guidelines established by the legendary Marine and firearms instructor Jeff Cooper, bringing to market the defining example of the scout rifle concept. Later made famous by the video game Counter-Strike, the Steyr Scout is firmly entrenched in firearms culture and gaming culture alike as one of the most unique rifles of the 20^th century.

Our airsoft version of the Scout accurately replicates all the external features of the real Steyr Scout, from the integrated folding bipod in the fore-end to the spare magazine storage in the stock. Internally, the Scout has been pre-upgraded from the factory with features that exceed even most custom-build sniper rifles. CNC-machined steel and aluminum parts provide both durability and consistency, and the new TDC-style hop-up chamber with Modify's Predator enhanced hop-up bucking allows the Steyr Scout to consistently hit torso-sized targets at ranges of up to 100 meters with 0.48 gram BB's. 0.36 gram or heavier BB's are recommended for optimal performance.
