All shipping is done with Canada Post, tracking numbers are provided. Items are insured up to $100. Certain larger orders may be sent with UPS or Canpar.

We offer free expedited shipping on orders over $299 (before tax)

For the "In Store Pickup" option, please wait for an email stating items are ready for pickup before heading to the respective store. You will need to provide your order number when you pick up your goods and show the appropriate 18+ ID if picking up weapons or employment related ID for restricted products.

For "In Store Pickup" at the West End warehouse, please follow the directions in the email.

For "In Store Pickup" at the TAZ Showroom location, please be aware that items are bulk shipped on Thursdays for pickup Saturday on-wards the same week. Orders placed after Thursday at 3pm will be help until the next outgoing stock transfer.

If an incorrect shipping method is used for an order, it will be cancelled and refunded.

We ship items Canada wide, please note we are currently unable to ship products outside of Canada.
